Batter Ratio: Tempura style, 500gr Smedes Batter Mix | 650gr Water

Preparations

  • Cut the green asparagus into bite-sized pieces and slice the bell pepper into strips.
  • Prepare the sauce by heating the sweet soy sauce, sambal, brown sugar, and sesame oil together. Stir well until combined.
  • Coat the vegetables in the batter and deep-fry until golden and crispy.
  • Serve the vegetables with the sauce.
