Batter: Smedes Batter Mix Beer
Batter Ratio: 500gr Smedes Batter Mix | 600ml Water

Preparation method

  • Cook the potatoes until tender
  • Cut all the other ingredients into fine julienne
  • Mix everything in a bowl until you have a smooth gnocchi dough
  • Add a little water if it doesn’t come together into a cohesive dough
