Festive finger food

Batter: Smedes Yellow Batter Mix & Golden Crispy Batter Mix
Batter Ratio: 500gr Smedes Batter Mix | 600ml Water, Salpicon: 500gr grated cheese | 300gr Smedes Batter Mix |100gr Water

Preparation method

  • Cut the fish into cubes and mix with the batter mix without water, so that you can form burgers.
  • Deep-fry for 5 to 6 minutes, depending on how big you make the burgers.
  • Bake the buns and assemble the burgers.
  • Finely chop the mango and chili pepper. Mix them with the chili sauce.
  • Prepare the yellow batter mix with water.
  • Coat the prawns in the yellow batter mix and deep-fry them.
  • Coat the chicken drumstick in the batter and fry for 6 minutes.
  • Put 500 grams of grated cheese in a mixing bowl together with 300 grams of batter mix and add 100 grams of water.
  • Knead everything together until you get a mass that you can easily shape.
  • Form into balls and deep-fry them without breading.
