Batter Ratio: 500gr Smedes Batter Mix | 600ml Water
Preparation method
- Sear the steak in a pan on both sides until it is medium rare
- Place the onion rings and cheese on the steak and let them melt
- Chill the steak so that the cheese is cool and hard
- Mix the Smedes Batter Mix with water
- Coat the steak in the batter and fry for 5 minutes
