Batter: Smedes Batter Mix Golden Crispy, Gluten free, Beer or Asia
Batter Ratio: 500gr Smedes Batter Mix | 600ml Water

Preparation method

  • Mix the Smedes Batter Mix with water
  • Cut the chicken thigh into 3 pieces, dip them in the batter and fry
  • Top the bagel with coleslaw and fried mushrooms
  • Serve with curry sauce

Regenerate or pre-bake

  • Fry the chicken a day in advance and let it cool thoroughly in a perforated container
  • Regenerate the chicken at 190°C with 5-10% steam for 6 minutes
  • Fry the fries for 4 minutes at 180°C
